DTX Christmas Light FAQ
What does the installation service include?
- DTX is proud to offer our customers an end-to-end hassle free installation that includes everything needed from lights and timers, all the way to storage. We provide our clients with both incandescent and LED bulb options to provide an elegant design that fits your budget.
Do I need to buy anything prior to installation?
- No, customers do not need to provide any materials for installations. All materials are included in the installation service.
How does storage work?
- Every installation includes storage into the package allowing for a truly effortless service. Upon removal, DTX will remove lights and box up to store until the following year. ALL garland & wreaths will be stored by the customer in a box provided by DTX.
Who owns the Christmas lights?
- The client owns the lights, purchasing lights in the first year DTX Christmas Lights installs your lights. If at any point in the year, the customer decides they no longer would like to use DTX's service they may request their lights. It is our promise to set up a pick up or drop off to be fulfilled within 72 hours. All request should be made via phone to DTX.
Do you provide service calls/warranty repair work?
- Yes, DTX provides all customers complementary warranty work to replace burned out/broken bulbs. We take pride in keeping your bulbs burning; honestly, we might notice them before our clients!
